Important Dates

Camp dates: The 2013 Wow! Science Camp® will begin in most locations on Monday, June 24 and end on Friday, August 16. We will operate from 9AM to 4PM at our full-day locations, 9AM to 12PM at our half-day morning locations, and 1PM to 4PM at the half-day afternoon locations. Camp operates on weekdays only.

Holiday: Wow! Science Camp® will be closed on Wednesday, July 4, 2013, to celebrate Independence Day.

Registration: The first step in holding a spot in the 2013 camp is Registration. Please register early, as registration will close if we fill all available spots before start of camp. Registration is a simple process that requires minimal information and a $50 deposit. For a limited time, we are offering a 50 percent early bird discount on registration. Pay only $25 if you register by April 30.

Enrollment: An online link to complete the enrollment form will be available to you immediately after you register. If you register by fax, e-mail, or mail, an enrollment form will be mailed to you upon receipt of your completed registration form and the registration fee.

Medical and immunization records due date: The state requires us to collect current medical history including immunization records for every child who attends camp. This is to ensure that proper care is provided should a child become ill while at camp. Medical records are due before or on the first day of camp. You may fax records to (856) 432-1541 or mail them to Wow! Science Camp®, P. O. Box 1690, Laurel Springs, NJ 08021.

Payment due date: All camp tuition must be paid before the start of camp. Parents who cannot complete tuition payment before the start of camp should contact us at 877-541-2267 or by email at advisor@wowsciencecamp.org to make payment arrangements.

Refund policy dates: The registration fee is nonrefundable. Camp tuition is fully refundable until May 31, 2013. Between June 1 and June 23, 50% of paid fees will be refunded. No refunds will be issued once camp begins.
