Tuition & other fees 

Registration fee: Registration is the first step in signing up for the 2013 Wow! Science Camp®. For a limited time, as part of our Early Bird Discount, the registration fee has been reduced by 50 percent. Register today for $25!

Tuition: Camp tuition covers cost of materials for daily science projects, experiments & crafts; math supplies & educational games; money management supplies; classroom supplies; guest/expert speakers; staff salaries; field trips, & administrative expenses.

As a nonprofit organization, Wow! Science Camp® actively seeks ways to provide services at minimal cost to families. We depend primarily on the charitable contributions of organizations and individuals to provide services to children. Tuition does not cover the full cost to attend camp. Rather, it is designed to supplement the support we receive in the form of charitable contributions. *All the scholarships, discounts and other reductions in camp fees are due to contributions from donors such as Walmart, Novo Nordisk, South Jersey Industries, PNC Bank, Colgate-Palmolive, Atlantic City Electric, NuStar Energy. Thanks to all of our donors and supporters for enabling us to bring this program to many children who otherwise cannot afford it.

Limited income-based financial asistance is available on a first come, first served basis.

Field trip fee: Field trip fee for the child attending camp is included in camp tuition. This covers cost of admission at destination, tour guide (where available), transportation, and T-shirt. Parents and siblings of campers can attend field trips. The cost for each family member is $50. 

Early drop-off and late pick up fees: These fees are directly used to cover the salaries of staff who report to work earlier than normally scheduled or stay later than their normal departure time to care for campers who arrive early or leave late. Please complete appropriate sections of the online enrollment form if you wish to sign up for early drop-off and/or late pick up. Camp starts at 9:00AM. Parents/guardians can drop off campers as early as 7:30 AM. Parents can drop off their children from 8AM without a surcharge. There is a $25 surcharge for every thirty minutes of early drop-off. The latest a camper can be picked up is 6:00 PM. Camp ends at 4PM and parents can pick up their children until 4:30 PM without a surcharge. There is a $25 surcharge for every thirty minutes of late pickup.

Payment due date: All camp tuition must be paid before the start of camp. Parents who cannot complete tuition payment before the start of camp should contact us at 877-541-2267 or by email atadvisor@wowsciencecamp.org to make payment arrangements. 

Refund policy dates: The registration fee is nonrefundable. Camp tuition is fully refundable until May 31, 2013. Between June 1 and June 23, 50% of paid fees will be refunded. No refunds will be issued once camp begins.
